How can we
help?

Answers to common questions, plus how to reach a real person. For anything not covered below, email ketanthakur603@gmail.com.

The short version
§ 01

Get in touch

Matrib is made by a small team. The fastest way to reach us is email — we read every message and reply to genuine requests within 2–3 business days.

When you write in about a problem in the app, it helps to include your device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18) and the app version, shown in Profile → About.

§ 02

Account & sign-in

  • Create an account.Sign up with your email; we send a 6-digit code to confirm it’s you, then you choose a password.
  • Forgot your password. Use Forgot passwordon the sign-in screen (in the app or on the web) and we’ll email you a reset code.
  • Didn’t get the code.Check spam, wait a minute, then request a new one. Codes expire after 10 minutes. If it still doesn’t arrive, email ketanthakur603@gmail.com.
  • Edit your profile. Name, username, bio, avatar colour, and profile photo live in Profile → Edit Profile.
§ 03

Reading, saving & notifications

  • Is it free? Yes. Matrib has no paywall, no ads, and no subscriptions.
  • Save articles. Tap the bookmark icon on any article. Your saved library syncs across every device you sign in on.
  • Notifications. Turn the daily Morning Briefing and Breaking News alerts on or off any time in Settings → Notifications. The app works fully with notifications declined.
  • Light or dark. Tap the theme toggle to switch between the light and dark reading themes.
§ 04

Privacy, data & account deletion

Your reading is yours. We don’t sell, share, or train on it, and the app does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

  • Read the full Privacy Policy.
  • Delete your account. In the app: Profile → Edit Profile → Delete account, or follow the steps at /delete-account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
  • Export your data. Email team@prodlis.com from your registered address to request a JSON copy of your profile, preferences, bookmarks, and reading history.
§ 05

Report a problem or a correction

Found a bug, a broken article, or something we got wrong? Tell us — we fix what we can and correct the record when we’re wrong.
